Following an unsuccessful attempt to recruit a new member of staff, I discovered Paint Red Recruitment and opted to let Andy handle my employment requirements.
Tasked with finding a replacement for the employee that didn’t work out, as well as filling a further position Andy required little input from me until the applications were in and suitably vetted. Having separated out the most suitable applicants I was presented with the best CVs who were ready to interview.
The difference was clear, Andy presented me with a strong range of candidates, each of which were far more employable than those I had found myself only 6 months earlier. I ended up employing two of the candidates and could easily have employed four. Andy provided advice when deciding which candidates to appoint and feedback after each interview.
